The problem is that 1450 WAS the tune to radio station in cartersville, but since about eight months ago, the sound at 1270 is making a change (for the better). As long as BHF keeps making mistakes like bringing in Charles Brachel, they are going to sink.
You guys need more local talk shows, The Late Great Jim Adams and The Farr Side is great, but it's only four hours. All the sindicated stuff I can get on XM with no interruptions, but with all this gossip, I bet you have something up your sleave.
Dave Ramsey rocks! And thanks for streaming the station... it's hard to pick up radio inside my office building, but it's clear as a bell on the Internet.
Would love to hear Ronnie and Tammy talk about local issues. Not the ones in Cobb, Cherokee, and other surrounding counties. Also, the every day whinning is getting boring.
Mr.Ronnie And Mrs. Tammy need to get a life and quit putting the things of everyday life down. Are you happy or sad all the time. LIFE GOES ON. DEAL WITH IT.
I was a little concerned when y'all started making changes back at the first of the year, but what you've done kinda grows on you. Fox News & GNN are great. The talk shows are good, I can actually turn on the station and leave it - except for Sunday - you need to dump some of those preachers and put on something we want to hear.
Ronnie and Tammy, don't quit what your doing. You guys put everything out on the table, the good and bad. This show is exactly what local radio needs. Thanks guys for doing what you do best.
Trash Charles B. all you want, but, as a newsman, he does make a strong effort to present all sides of a story. Perhaps the reason he's so good at this is becasue he literally doesn't have an opinion regarding many important issues. If you could transport him back about 63 years to Warsaw, Poland, he could interview a Rabbi and the Gestapo region commander, and at the end of the story you'd have no idea what he personally thinks about the deportations.
Hey Ronnie, looks like you may have out kicked your coverage when you found Tammy. She is a nice looking lady and you, uh, uh, uh, ...You sure do like guns!
Local news is a joke. "From the AM 1270 news center, this is Jim Adams-here's the stories we're following for you at this hour, which just happens to be the same stories we read to you out of the paper at 6am this morning and have been repeating ever since."
Jim does a morning news update and an afternoon update... plus he has scooped the paper and the "other" station on many occassions. Beats the heck out of someone mumbling for 30 minutes.
Have you ever thought about the fact that WYXC, WBHF, Today's Fax, the Daily Tribune, and the Bartow Neighbor all get the same press releases, the same sheriff's report, have access to many of the same news wires, etc???
I can really appreciate some of the frustration about local news. Believe me, it frustrates us also. Since we are still very young here, we only employ one other full-time employee and covering the news can be a chore. I am dependent on news releases, but we are working on developing a system of "stringers" who can help us cover the news better. All I can say is hang with us and watch as we grow.
It can be tough trying to provide an interesting news service when the pressure is on to keep the coverage "local." After all, how much is happening in any given day that is worthy of airtime? In my former life I did radio news at a station that imposed few restrictions on my vocabulary, story selection, etc. It was very interesting and was popular with listeners. After moving to a smaller station, I was under pressure to keep everything "local." This meant that there was an enormous amount of interesting stuff I could not talk about. Instead we had to rely on things such as city council meetings, press releases, crime stories, etc. Of course, some of this stuff was relevant, but much of it was of borderline interest and a lot of it had absolutely zero impact on the lives of listeners.
One suggestion: given the fact that many of the people charged with child molestation & other sex crimes are either 1) acquitted, or 2) not guilty of anything as serious as the original charges might lead one to believe, how about adopting a policy of withholding suspects' names at least until there is a conviction?
In response to the lengthy anonymous entry. If you listen to our coverage, we generally do not cover molestaion stories until they come to a conclusion. I don't believe in trying cases in the public forum. There's nothing wrong with people wanting news to be local so long as they realize there are more dead news days than live ones. I don't want to just end up reading a police blotter every day like some other stations, who supposedly have "award-winning" newscasts. ;-)
Yeah, uhmmmm, right, yeah, aghhhh, uhmmm, right, ect. A certain morning show host has a nervous habit of constantly making noises as he talks to guests or callers.
Hey news junkie, if your so addicted to the news try this, go out find a story, write it up (make it sound good too) and then bring it by the station before 12 o'clock, so it can make the deadline. Oh yea and do all this with the compition, of the other media outlets, and hosting your own show... but wait you probally wouldn't have time... sounds like the news junkie is a bit jealous.
Great Job WYXC, I thought the community greatly benefited from the United Way radio-thon. For the first time in Cartersville we have a station that will donate time and money. Unlike the other station who has a gazillion dollar trust fund, it's not the people at the other stations money, so what they do is with other people's money...
Funeral homes offer the family of a deceased the opportunity to have a funeral annoucement air on local radio for a small fee. Many accept and some decline... that's why not all announcements are heard on air.
What you say is relative; although I'm not a relative. I mean, if you were better you would be away from Cartersville and on in ATL or NY? No, of course not -
Being employed in radio is basically b/c you get along with someone in the front office.
I've heard clips of the show, the range of topics - and I just like the approach of a show that's unique. Hard to find in smaller towns, hard to find anywhere these days.
Just a programming request. That's what the top of the column says. No offense intended.
Big News! We are now your Fox Sports affiliate with two-minute sports updates all day Saturday & Sunday plus every evening and overnight at four after the hour. We'll also be adding a few hour of weekend Fox Sports shows... check it out.
It`s time for dial and deal to come back......local broadcasting means live and local not fox broadcasting 24/7.....Ronnie and Tammy watch out they will get you next
Very few stations continue to broadcast Dial & Deal style programs. They just don't attract a large enough audience. As to local programming, we air 28 hours a week of locally produced shows, not counting high school football and other special programming. Had you rather we play elevator music 24/7?
I rather like the programming, it's the only local station where I can leave on, all-day-long. Well, Alan Nathan is kind of a drag, but I like the way he pronounces the Japanese guests name he has on his show a lot. And as for Dial & Deal, it was a joke, may it R.I.P
I agree with the previous post. As a former host of Dial and Deal (For nearly 12 years), it had its day but was dying when I left here in 1999. A classic example of why the show died is displayed in ap;hone call I got last week. The man asked about the show and when told it was not on the air, said He was going to moss it. I diplomatically informed him the show had been off the air since April. The problem with DnD was that those who called all the time never listened to the station. Now, we are at least offering programming that is being heard. And for the one who was concerned about Fox 24/7, our local programming will increase as the station grows. It can't happen overnight.
Dial N Deal went out with the invention of the internet, now you can find online flea markets, not to mention e-bay... so come on your on the internet now, your in the 21st century, STOP living in the past.
I enjoyed the show Friday morning with Senator Casey Cagle. Good job as usual in keeping your listeners updated about the candidates and their adjenda.
We are now a Fox Sports affiliate, so any national sports programming would come from Fox. We currently air them from 10 PM to 1 AM Saturday nights, 6 AM to 7 AM Sunday, and midnight Sunday to 1 AM.
dial and deal was the best comedy hour on the radio.....where else could you here some shmoe wanting to by any kind of livestock there is and in the same breath say they also do baby sitting .......it was a riot from the first phone call
On the Friday mix show, he has various guests with him each week, which I find entertaining and knowledgeable. One of these days I will get a chance to win a WYXC T-shirt from the Late Great Jim Adams!
The story behind the nickname is pretty innocuous. When I was working as a line producer for a local TV station in Chapel Hill, NC, I had the reputation for being absolutely addicted to the industry. One afternoon when I missed a meeting, the news crew assumed I had to be dead and dedicated the evening's newscast to the "Late Great Jim Adams." The name stuck after that. Fortunately, we weren't a very large station so the memoriam didn't really cause any problems.
I think Late Great set a record today for yeahs, umhmmms, OK's, ahh's, ect. when he got the call from Dusty Rhodes. It's really annoying - just let people talk uninterupted. Thanks
To the previous poster: You were absolutely right. When I listened to the recording I was terrible on that one. I was so surprised when Dusty called, I sort of lost myself. I'll work harder to get better on those situations.
Is there anyway to post on your website the upcoming guest who are appearing on your station? Like with the Late Great Jim Adams, I might not want to listen to the psychic but I may want to catch someone else coming up. Also, the Friday show is the same way. I may not care to listen to a city council person from Euharlee, but when St.Senator Cagle was on it was good. But had I not been listening at that time I would have not known. Thanks...tuned in listener
I think jim does a great job. Escpecially since alot of his show he doesnt have callers to talk with. I think the stuttering with Dusty Rhodes could be avoided in the future if all of the bloggers that say they listened would call in themselves and make their own contribution. The first step to making a difference is to pick up the phone.
1450 am has always been a "left" leaning station. I'm now greatful that WYXC brings a "fair and balanced" programing lineup that I feel is better for the community.
I love Coast To Coast and was a regular listener when I was pulling late-night gigs. I've been championing for it since I came back and the owners are amenable. I'll see what I can do about having Alex Jones on the show. Thanks for the suggestions.
Today would have been a good time for a spur of the moment dial and deal.....no one showed for the 9:00 to 10:00 show and it was wasted air space...at least with dial and deal we would have heard someone beside Ronnie
We all need to be praying for Mr. Young and his family...remember the announcement he made about his wife's health at the end of the year? He needs support from all of us who care about him.
Hey Late Great, I won a T-shirt yesterday from Ronnie and Tammy. I live and work in Calhoun so it is hard for me to get to the station during business hours, but I want my WYXC shirt so please don't give it away. I will figure out some way to get it. Thanks!! Love the station, keep up the good work.
Tomorrow morning on the Wake-up Show at 8:20, listen to Fox News Correspondent Laura Ingle. The only reporter to get an exclusive interview with Quinton Ray who was arrested after his wife's body was found in Jasper.
BTW: to the previous blogger. Don't worry. Your shirt is safe. Thanks for the kind words
Fox is doing your national news, GNN is doing your state news (including the legislature), so why not spend your three minutes of local news time on more local news instead of covering general assembly stuff that's not local? And local sports should have its own segment - not be part of the local news.
Good suggestions news junkie. Unfortunately, we are working on expanding the news staff so we can cover more locally and it is going to take some time. But actually, a lot of the "local" news you read and hear from the others is grossly padded since there are many days when nothing happens around here. I do look forward to the day when I have a news reporter that can go out to the meetings and cover them live so that I don't have to depend as much on press releases and phone calls. As for sports, I receive very little in the way of releases from the local high schools. That would be a huge help.
Shane, we are under contract for all of our other programming and only have 6 to 10 AM weekdays for local shows... plus Ronnie & Tammy only want one hour. And we're glas Coast to Coast is on 1 to 5 AM every night too - entertaining show!
You guys really need to rethink your Friday 9 o'clock. 6 to 9 is upbeat and nothing against Tommy Young, but it's like flipping off the light switch. I have to turn over to Boortz so I don't fall asleep while driving.
Where are Ronnie and Tammy? Have I missed something? Are they on vacation? I've tuned in the past two days to listen to the Farr side only to hear Tony Snow. Somebody fill me in please.
coast to coast is terrible. they had a talk radio host on the other night that agreed with charlie sheen that 9/11 was fake and no one died. and the coast to coast guy also agreed.we could give the space to a local person to do local talk instead of 1 hour a day
Coast To Coast AM is the top rated overnight show in the nation. All of the crazies they have on as guests are what attracts such high listenership. The 911 conspiracy nuts are just that = nuts... but they are entertaining to hear.
Ms. Excitement, I appreciate your comment, and while you may find the show boring many people I talk with in the community enjoy many of the guests we have on the air. We try to bring a broad range of guests who are community related, and discuss at length concerns and matters you may not read in the paper or hear on the "other" local radio station. Also, while I may not be very dynamic on the radio, all we are trying to do is serve the community. And, I don't expect certain people to think my weekly shows are in the same catgory as Jim Adams, or any other syndicated shows we have on-the-air, who are professionals. But, we have had guests like U.S Congressman Phil Gingrey, LT. Governor candidate Casey Cagle, State Senators Chip Rogers, Bill Heath, and Preston Smith. State Rep's, Barry Loudermilk, Jeff Lewis, Tom Graves. Local elected officials, Mayor Mike Fields, Euharlee City Councilman Lance Jacobs, and county commissioner Clarence Brown will be my guest next Friday. I could go even further with other guest who serve our local interests, but you see what we at NewsTalk AM 1270 - WYXC are trying to achieve for our listeners... Thanks, Tommy Young
Well I sure miss the Farr Side, and hope you reconsider. Many folks in this area enjoy what they bring to a broadcast, we are a local issue driven people, sometimes national issues are good (ie - Tony Snow, etc...)but we are also focused on what is happening here in Bartow and our state. I hope and pray you will reconsider. Thank you and have a blessed day.
I'm confused Jesse. Can't the radio station have a show that is centered around local issues without the Farrs? I'm looking forward to hosts that are a bit more balanced. The Farrs just got too slanted and too sloppy in their tirades.
I agree with Jesse. The Farr side was what made 1270 different. I can get the national shows anywhere but nobody else had a show like Ronnie and Tammy.
While I agree that it is nice to hear about local issues, I am glad that the Farr Side is no longer on your station. Surely you can find someone in town who is more professional and finds out all of the facts before they spout off, as well as someone who is not as angry. Keep up the good work!
Tammy didn't add much. She was on the show so that when Ronnie asked her if she agreed, she could say "yes!" and then let Ronnie rant some more. I do believe that local issues are important but surely we can find someone in Bartow County besides Ronnie (Chicken Little) Farr to tell us "The Sky is falling!"
Someone keeps saying that Ronnie was always wrong and didn't get his facts straight. I wish you would be a little more specific. What exactly was he wrong about? Just because you don't agree with him doesn't mean he didn't have the facts straight. I liked the show even though I didn't always agree with them. And as for the Farrs being angry...why in the world would you not be with the way things are going in our community?
Ronnie said on air that while he and Tammy were at the commissioner's office pulling documents that a deputy was called to watch them. What actually happened is that a deputy just happened to be walking down the hall while they were there and didn't stop. Ronnie is paranoid!
I liked the show this morning with Young & Browm. I thought some of the comments the commissioner made were right-on. If you want exciting radio voices go to Z-93
And another mis-leading statement by the Farr's were slamming Bill Heath and the local delegation for giving the Magistrate Judges state wide a raise. And when checking the votes on the house floor, all of the local delegation voted NO!! I never heard them mention that on the air?
How about when Ronnie & Tammy said Commissioner Brown was related to Alan Brown (Joshua's Law)and was giving him preffered treatment. They are not related, yet the Farr's accussed Clarence falsely. Great work my *** by the Farr's, I am glad they're gone. I don't think the owner of this Blog site would allow us to post all of the inacuracies the Farr's spewed on the air. I'll take Tommy Young's Friday show anytime over the Farr's. But WYXC does need to get someone locally back in the Mon-Thur 9am slot!
Are you EVER going to have any more REAL local programming? Since you got rid of Ronnie and Tammy, I've hardly listened at all. Glenn Beck doesn't really address the issues of North Ga.
Maybe I should get a radio show. If anybody remembers, I used to do commercials on wyxc. But the only things I know about are computers and prowrestling.
I was listenting too... and Molly could never finish a sentence without the late great interupting her. It's that way with all of his guest. Hey "Late Great" let people talk and you and YOUR listeners can listen!!
I tuned in this morning to hear a debate between Grizzle and the guy running against him. Instead, Tommy Young preached for 40 minutes and the candidates didn't get to say anything.
I think you guys are doing a great job. Jim Adams does have a slight problem interrupting, but we all have our problems. I listen from about 6:30am to 7:30 pm(except I have to tune to a diff station to catch channel 2 news). I would like to see an 9:00-10:00a.m. hour opened to local discussion. Chuck use to fill in for the chip rogers show and thought he did a great job. Anyways, keep up the good work and keep giving those great prizes away. I won some tickets to lake winnie and my family had a blast. Best of luck
It's 9 AM on Friday. At WYXC it's the Mix and at WBHF it's Senior Citizen blather. Guess I'll choose BOORTZ!
Whew! OK, now it's 9:30 AM. Boortz is dragging. On WYXC it's more Mix or WBHF has a replay of a city council hearing. GUess I'll choose BOORTZ! Seriously, give us Beck five days a week at 9 AM. Please!
As a regular listener, to your radio station, I felt it was my duty to mention that this mornings replacement for The Late Great Jim Adams Show, was pitiful. I found myself flipping the radio to WBHF to see which one was worse? WBHF narrowly lost. Bring back Jim!
Thanks for the comment... Hey, this is only the third time I've filled in for Jim and obviously being on-air is not my regular thing. It would help to know exactly what it is you didn't like about the show???
You mean there really is a Jim Adams? This was the first day I tuned in and heard "Late Great" used and he wasn't there, so I assumed you guys were just having fun with it. The sidekick guy faded out occassionally? but I thought everything was kind of funny.
Good Coaches show yesterday A.M. Jim, I have never heard someone laugh at there self as much as you. Rick why do we not hear you on the air more? Last week you seemed a little slow, but you are usually right on target, and the Coaches seem to respond to you very well, maybe it should be just you and the Coaches.... Jim don't be intimadated when you have talent around you, they will make you better, I am sure none of them like it when you walk all over them. I will see you next Thursday A.M. P.S. Rick keep asking the tough questions. Thanks Perry
By the way, why do you not have Adairsville's Coach & Woodland's Coach on the Coaches Show? Woodland again tonight? Everybody else must be off. My grandson plays @ Cartersville and we live in Miss. so we appreciate the Canes coverage. Perry
Adairsville's coach is going to try and make it occassionally... Woodland's principal will not let their coach leave school to come. Cass & Cartersville were both off, but play each other next week.
WOW, what a great football game. The game on Friday Sept. 29, 2006 marks the first time I have gone to any football game and listened to it on the radio at the same time. Jim do you have a family member that plays for Cass? What about fair and balanced? We have never heard someone be so one sided, you constantly were bad mouthing the game officials. I was also shocked at the many times you were wrong in your call of the game, we thought you might be watching another game. Wil should be of more help to you, you were wrong several times. Rick your call to let Cass score to get the ball back was great, I heard you say it, and then right after that it happened. You were pointed out to me by a family member. I am shocked you have the kind of access to the coaches you do. The Cartersville coaches say good things about you, although at one point it seemed you were talking thnking you were on a commercial break and you werent, I'll bet you were imbarassed. You do a great job covering the whole field we will give you that. We will be returning for the Canes Vs. Carrollton, I believe you guys are doing that game also, I will look to see the improvements. Until Thursday's coaches show... Perry P.S. Casko & Cass have definetly earned the respect of the Cartersville folks, I know several calls were close but he did not make excuses after the game. I honestly believe he out coached Frank until the last 2 mins.
Great Coaches show this A.M. You guys seem to be hitting your stride, Rick I like the stats for us who don't get to see the games live it gives us a feel as to what happened. You and the Coaches seem to feed off of each other very well. Good job, even Jim did better than usual, except still talking to much, has he really been doing football as long as he says? Never the less Jim you are kind of growing on us. Keep up the good work. Perry
Hi guys, good coaches show. Frank's 100th, wow I wish I would have known. Who is the Myers fellow. definetly not a radio voice, he works for the Atlanta paper? He needs to stick to print. I will be listening, and hoping Cass wins tomorrow night. Rick keep up the insde scoop from the sidelines, I have told friends of Jan and I that you say stuff and then it happens, is there someone on the sideline that tells you all that stuff, that is amazing to me. I am looking forward to seeing you guys agin in person for the Canes -- Carrollton game. P.S.Rick you seemed to have a stutering problem when we were listening to the Haralson game. Were you drinking before the game? Just kidding. I'll hear you tomorrow night. Thanks for the Canes coverage, Perry
hey jim, What's up with the I hate fat people show this morning? Do you hate all fat people or just fat cops? Was that fat cop story from Bartow county, Floyd county, or just a complete waste of 15 minutes of my life? The worst part was that your sponser was Fat Doughnuts! The last time I tuned in to your show you said something like: 'unless you are from new york you just don't understand about the world trade center'. Hearing that I the only thing I could think was 'D*** Yankee'
Wow! That's pretty harsh. The Fat City Doughnut thing is good. Never thought of that irony. Wish I'd thought of it. BTW: you really missread my whole reporting of the story which was from Florida. Never said I hate fat people. The point was a Police Chief was fired for challenging his officers to get fit. Some of the officers were offended and the City COuncil apparently bought into it. Anyone who listens to me regularly knows how I feel about the PC attiude that is foisted on us constantly. Also, if you are going to quote me, quote me. The NYC comment was made weeks ago and I believe I mentioned that I uses to eat lubch every day at the WTC. That made the bombing even more poignant for me. There was no mention that other would not be able to understand that. You made that one up buddy. I would have to say if a landmark here in Bartow fell victim to a terrorist attack there would also be people here who would feel the same. When something strike very close to home it carries with an added significance. As I've said many times here and on the air, if you want to crticize, feel free, but be honest, fair and accurate. I Think you misseed the boat on all counts here, but then again I don;t think you have been entirely honest with the folks here about your motivation to attack me from time to time.
You were fine reporting the fat cop story until you let it drag on and on. I don't care if a cop in Fla. lost his job because he hates fat cops. I don't care if he, or you for that matter, hates fat cops. I agreed with you for the first few minutes that it was a travesty. Then you kept going on and on and on... The fat doughnut thing made me laugh out loud.
MY ONLY anonymous post was Nov. 2 so don't accuse me of anything 'from time to time' and that includes listening to your show. Since ya'll went away from local programming I have only tuned in to your station a few times other than to listen to Dave Ramsey.
I like Tommy's show, but is it possible to move it to, say, Wednesday, or some other morning during football season? We have to miss the first quarter of Moron Trivia because of it!
Well we are on the eve of the 2007 version of Cartersville/Cass. I must say I have listened to all your Cartersville bradcasts this year and have enjoyed them. No whinning from Jim, oh right he is not there any more. Honestly you have improved your broadcast team by miles, we are partying here tomorrow in Miss. listening to the game. I hope it will be a fair no excuses broadcast this year. Rick you are still great to listen to but I am glad you changed your partners, Mr. Startup (is he Will's dad?) and coach Breedlove add allot to the show. The 3 of you togather sound like big timers. The coaches show has been good every week except this week, no where near aggressive enough with Casko, he is apt to say anything. Go Canes we will see you on the web.
Well, we have come down to this. All our teams must win to make the playoffs. (Except Woodland)The Coaches show was good this A.M. It was tough last week without you Rick. But Rick where do you get your information about as many as three Coaches being gone next year? Who is your source? I am a Cass fan and hope Coach Casko will be here for a while. I know you think they play a week schedule but thay have to. We listen to the Coaches show on the PA at work and we do enjoy your comments and questions you definetly are not as conservative as the others, we like that. Even if we don't agree. Thanks & go Cass!!!!! Ross M.
Great Story on Josh Daniel yesterday and his signing with Tenn Temple and the talk with his Dad. We need to hear more stuff like this. Between all the schools in the area I am sure there are more interesting things out there.
Quick question...i was listening to your show either Thur or Fri...there was a couple who called in and said they are debt free. They had like 280,000 to pay off and did it in 2 yrs. Was their family income 160,000 then 270,000 then 65,000? I'm trying to get the story straight because it was phenomenal! I think they paid 1/2 off when they made 270K, then they paid the rest off when they sold 10 acres worth of property. Was there any mention of 80K the last year? My husband and i disagree about this story and would like to hear the real story again. If anyone knows, please blog back. Thanks...By the way this radio show is GREAT. My husband and I listen everyday after work.

Not the ones in Cobb, Cherokee, and other surrounding counties.

I was a little concerned when y'all started making changes back at the first of the year, but what you've done kinda grows on you. Fox News & GNN are great. The talk shows are good, I can actually turn on the station and leave it - except for Sunday - you need to dump some of those preachers and put on something we want to hear.

If you listen to our coverage, we generally do not cover molestaion stories until they come to a conclusion.
I don't believe in trying cases in the public forum.
There's nothing wrong with people wanting news to be local so long as they realize there are more dead news days than live ones.
I don't want to just end up reading a police blotter every day like some other stations, who supposedly have "award-winning" newscasts. ;-)

The story behind the nickname is pretty innocuous. When I was working as a line producer for a local TV station in Chapel Hill, NC, I had the reputation for being absolutely addicted to the industry.
One afternoon when I missed a meeting, the news crew assumed I had to be dead and dedicated the evening's newscast to the "Late Great Jim Adams."
The name stuck after that.
Fortunately, we weren't a very large station so the memoriam didn't really cause any problems.

Good suggestions news junkie. Unfortunately, we are working on expanding the news staff so we can cover more locally and it is going to take some time. I do look forward to the day when I have a news reporter that can go out to the meetings and cover them live so that I don't have to depend as much on press releases and phone calls.
As for sports, I receive very little in the way of releases from the local high schools. That would be a huge help.

I tuned in this morning to hear a debate between Grizzle and the guy running against him. Instead, Tommy Young preached for 40 minutes and the candidates didn't get to say anything.

Drop "Late Great" and make your new nickname "KoolAid". During your interview with Dr. Boring all we heard was "oh yeah", "uhmmhuh".

You guys sure that it wasn't Jim or one of his family members blogging in from vacation? Maybe trying to ensure some job security?

Perry

Thanks for the Canes coverage, Perry

hey jim,
What's up with the I hate fat people show this morning?

Ross M.
